As the Client Care & Operations Manager, Sydney is someone who genuinely loves the behind-the-scenes work that helps people feel supported and confident during their real estate journey.
Born and raised in the Ottawa Valley, Sydney has a deep appreciation for the communities we serve and the people who call this region home. With a Master of Arts degree in History, Sydney has always been drawn to stories—and in real estate, she gets to help people write an exciting new chapter of their own.
Sydney manages the day-to-day operations, including coordinating client communications, social media management, supporting the sales process, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. She is passionate about organization, clear communication, and making sure every client feels supported from start to finish.
